1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SubsPk ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SubsPk is a digital services reseller platform that enables customers in Pakistan to purchase international digital subscriptions, top-ups, and gift cards using local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, and bank transfers. We act as an intermediary between customers and digital service providers.

3. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through the following process:

1. Customer selects a product and initiates contact via WhatsApp
2. Customer makes payment via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer
3. Customer uploads payment screenshot for verification
4. Our team verifies the payment and delivers the service

An order is only confirmed after payment has been verified by our team. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment must be made in full before service delivery
• We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, and major Pakistani bank transfers
• We do not accept international credit cards or PayPal

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Most digital services are delivered within 5–30 minutes after payment verification. Some products may take longer depending on availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Service was not delivered within 24 hours of payment verification
• Wrong product was delivered due to our error
• Technical failure on our part preventing service delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the order via WhatsApp. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or issues caused by the end service provider (e.g., Netflix account issues).

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders
• Make payments only from your own verified accounts
• Not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to defraud or misrepresent payment information
• Comply with the terms of service of the digital products you purchase

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting fake or altered payment screenshots
• Placing orders with no intention to pay
• Reselling our services without prior written permission
• Using our platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities

9. Limitation of Liability

SubsPk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of SubsPk or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
